CLIENT INTAKE
You will be asked to complete an intake form online when you schedule your session. Melanie will review the intake form answers prior to your arrival. More discussion will take place at the start of the session. The length of the discussion will depend on which appointment type is scheduled.

FIRST APPOINTMENT
You will be contacted by email to confirm your first appointment. Please arrive a few minutes early. Free parking is available on the street. The front door may be locked when sessions are ongoing. The door will be unlocked at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
FOLLOW UP EMAIL CONSULTATIONS
Rates include follow up email consultations as needed and within reason, including any questions, follow up discussion or follow up self-care solutions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 48 hour cancellation notification is required for non-emergency related reasons. If you do not provide a cancellation notification via email, text at (612) 760-3076 or phone call prior to 48 hours or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged half the amount of the session. If you are not able to make it or cancel within 48 hours due to an emergency or illness, there will be no charge. If possible, a text, email or phone call would still be appreciated.
HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel online via your confirmation or reminder email. Click the link in the email to reschedule or cancel. If you are cancelling within 48 hours, you must TEXT or CALL Melanie Metz at (612) 760-3076. If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail.
APPROPRIATE CONDUCT
Melanie Metz Healing Therapies, along with Adagio Holistic Therapies, is a professional, therapeutic establishment. There is a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for any inappropriate sexual suggestive comments, requests or behaviors. It is illegal to solicit or request any sexual services. If such an event happens, your session will be ended immediately and you will be required to pay the full amount.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment will be collected at the end of the appointment session. Cash, Credit Cards and HSA Cards (if services are in compliance with your HSA policies) are all accepted. All Coupons and other discounts will be honored at the time of payment.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late for your appointment, you will only receive treatment for the amount of time remaining for your session. You will still be responsible for payment of the full session amount. It is always best to try to arrive a few minutes early in case of traffic or other delays.
